Very difficult to deal with. Dealt with them for 14+ years. Sent numerous emails with no response, when we finally contacted an individual it took 3 months to finally get a quote on combining our existing house insurance with our cars. Called RBC Insurance, received a quote immediately, we cancelled our Allstate policy.
