Today was a horrible experience with the front receptionist, she acted like she couldn't care less about what I had to say, she was too busy playing on her phone to talk to me. Rudest woman I ever met, this is also the same lady that lied to me about my MRI being already approved by insurance. I called last week to find out and see told me it wasn't approved yet well I found out that was a lie when my Drs office told me it's been approved the whole time. I don't know what kind of people y'all are hiring but that is completely uncalled for. I had to sit in pain even longer because of her negligence!
Also after I was checked in another patient came in and she was very rude to her and refused to get the manager for her.
So unacceptable!
The MRI tech that did my MRI was great though.

The receptionist girl up front mustve been one of the rudest people I've ever met. Attitude and too busy on her cellphone. Maybe hire someone with people skills. Everyone else was great though. Clean office.

Clean place, courteous,helpful staff . Keith was professional & kind .I was told I could pick up my report & a disk of my MRI the same day.

First time getting yelled at at the doctors office. I went in for an appointment at 6 A.M. I got there at about 5:35 and went up to the doors. They read that they don’t open until 7 and so I pushed a little, but felt a resistance so went back to my car assuming they just weren’t open yet. 5:50 comes and I go back up and feel the same resistance. I push on the telecom to say I’m there for my appointment, and get the receptionist over it back yelling at me “PUSH ON THE DOOR!” Yes, the door was user error as I was just under the assumption that it was locked due to it not being their hours yet, but there was absolutely no need to yell. They need a better receptionist, as this one has no people skills.

Went to get MRI at MRI of Louisiana at 6:45 am Nov 4 at West Jeff hospital the representative asked for insurance card/Id went to present it to her she continued to type never once looked up to retrieve the cards then asked for the cards again as if I never presented them to her. The rep that called to confirm my appointment failed to mention that I had to put a card down for a payment plan. I had to reschedule for another day. She never apologized ,no empathy she was very dry no customer service skills at all. Her focus was rescheduling another appointment. Poor customer service need friendlier receptionist working your desk that wants to be at work and representatives that call with accurate info! This has been a big inconvenience
