Highly recommend this company. They are professional, dedicated, and the workmanship is excellent. We have a mansard roof w cedar shakes so it was not a straightforward job. The workers were neat around the property, cleaned up each day, and did not disrupt my newly emerging hosta or the garden in general. Compared to other roofers we have used in the past, Jorgensen are a cut above the rest.

We are very much satisfied with our new roof which was installed by Jorgensen Roofing that replaced the previous 23 year old roof. They used high quality Timberline HDZ Shakewood (colour) Shingles and Master Flow Louver (vents) which we appreciate for their low profile as well as high quality chimney flashing, gutters,etc. The crew did a thorough cleanup.

We hired Jorgensen Roofing to repair our vent, after it was torn off by an animal. They promptly contacted us, attended our house for a quote, and advised us that we needed to replace the roof. Their level of care and commitment was more than we expected. We are also very happy with our new roof. We would highly recommend Jorgensen Roofing to other homeowners in the Ottawa area.

Wow! Great company! I highly recommend using them. We are living in an attached bungalow. After a few roof leaks we decided it was time to replace our 15 year old roof. Both of the bungalows attached to us decided they were willing to consider this despite not having had any leaks themselves. Jorgensen was one of four companies that our three households looked into My husband is quite knowledgeable and did lots of research in advance and so he knew what advancements had been made in roofing materials and processes in the the past decade. Jorgensons price was competitive, providing good value, and the sales rep we invited to speak to us was honest, knew his products and explained their process. They were able to accommodate our preferred timing. They communicated through the process and answered all of our questions. Crews arrived on time, and worked hard to get the job done well. I was very impressed with the steps they took to prevent any damage to our property. Unlike other roofing companies I have seen in the area, there was no loud music played while they worked, no swearing or yelling. They worked long days and crews were respectful and considerate! Highly recommended!

We hired Jorgensen for our almost 20 year old roof replacement and couldn't be happier. They are a family owned business who clearly know their stuff. We were very impressed with the communication leading up to the job, very easy to get in touch with them and they helped us make some decisions. Our roof is a bit of a challenge (3 story end townhome with intricate parts) and they were very efficient with the set up and work. There were absolutely no hiccups. The crew was awesome and didn't interfere with our family's busy lives. We are very happy with the end product and the cleanup as well. Thank you to Steve, Brenda, Richard, and the whole team!
