I got here ahead of schedule and a day early. Got a door and out by a hour 24 minutes later. Thanks to the workers for great hospitality. They didn’t have to do what they did, but did and I appreciate you for that.

First time delivering here. Wasn't sure about their normal procedures. Some plants, like in Scottsboro AL. recieve loads later in the evening. I asked the man on the forklift where the shipping office was. He told me the wrong place, when I came back to him he stated most drivers drop their trailer in the door and come back in the morning, office personnel comes in 6-630. I came back the next morning a little past 6, I was unsure about their process of just dropping the trailer. I pulled up to the scale house in the back of the property. An older man was sitting behind the desk, I tried to ask him a question and he just held up his hands with 7 fingers, implying 7 o'clock. So I went back and hooked to my trailer and returned to the area and waited till after, then pulled on the scale and walked back to the window. Same man was still there behind the computer doing paperwork. I waited while he ignored me for 15 minutes, talking to another employee who was eating his breakfast. He ignored me too. So I got in my truck, went back up the hill where I had previously dropped my trailer. There was a forklift operater there and I told him what happened. So he calls the guy and he said he had a safety meeting and for me to come back down. So I returned, the guy who was busy eating his breakfast earlier weighed me in. The other guy came back to apologize, but it doesn't cost a anything to be nice to begin with. I'm no different than him, just trying to do a job too. As for the other guy, I bet it's nice to come in and get paid to eat breakfast while ignoring customers!

If your pickup number begins with 367A do not go to the mill! You will need to drive by the sign that reflects “No Trucks $1000 fine”. Go to the first right. That is shipping and receiving. There is a good chance they send you to the other side of the building. No problem.
They get 3 stars bc I went to the mill which is part of this plant and it took the 4th place I went to before I was told where I needed to go.

Arrived @ 1:10pm for a 4pm appointment. 1st visit and had pulled into main yard(Plant#1-Equipment and signs all say “Greif”)and needed to be around back. Instructions were to drive out of main yard-Plant#1 and go left. Front brick bldg says” Greif”. Go to 2nd left and turn into dirt alleyway and follow till you see 4ea docks on immediate left.
I was instructed by Keevis to back up into 1st Dock in corner. Loading started quickly @ 2:05pm and was done in less than 15mins. I had doors closed and was leaving @ 2:38pm. Keevis and all of the crew I came in contact with were very nice and professional(Keevis even worked thru his lunch). Thanks for expediting my load and getting me back on the highway quickly. No bathroom was mentioned but I didn’t need. No overnighting unless arrangements are made to park out back at mill. I didn’t think yard was that tight or difficult.? Dumpster someone mentioned sets way back and parked trailers are organized very well. When you leave follow dirt driveway through drop yard back to Main yard(Plant#1) and leave out there.

This lot is a little tight but not too bad as other drivers have posted. I was in and out in 45 mins there is a dumpster on site to throw trash away left in trailer. Looks like you can park over night. There is a little space.
If delivering go to the 3 rd driveway. Go around there is 4 docks in the back.
