The gym is poorly maintained and some of the equipment is not in good shape, also the manager needs to take her job seriously would not recommend it to anyone who is a regular gym goer

One of the best gyms I've trained in. The manager is there frequently and very social. Place is kept clean and equipment is well kept. If an equipment is broken it's usually fixed quickly. I definitely recommend getting in shape here.

my dad went up to the place, signing up for a gym membership. he was filling out the paperwork, when asking about how old i had to be to work out there. (i’m turning 14 in july), the woman who worked there was with her son who looked to be about 9 or 10. (they were both working out side by side) she said that i couldn’t work out there because insurance wouldn’t allow it. my dad had then asked why she had her son there, she then replied with “i work here”, insurance dosent care, if you aren’t allowed to workout at a certain place at a certain age, it dosent matter if you work there or not.

Stopped by twice and no one was working, one time before 4:30pm and the next at 12:30pm. A patron opened the door and said the manager was gone to lunch and that it would be best to come back after 3pm. It must be nice to have a job with those hours.
