At the CVG airport when I wanted to get a boarding pass a Frontier airlines service crew member stepped to me and politely told me I was already all set and pointed to the direction to go to the TSA. At the boarding location the crew were interacting and did check my small item pleasantly and had been courteous all the way along. After the flight they wanted to fill out the survey of my flight experience. It was noticeable that Frontier management actually started to pay attention to the quality of passenger servicing and not wanting to be voted as an airlines known for cheap airfares but substandard treatment of passengers. I actually felt and improved treatment throughout. Appreciated!

Absolutely pathetic service. Did web check in online to save time. While printing tags, machine's paper went out and then on refill it declined to print again.
Manager asked me to go to assist counter for her, assist counter (after 30 mins) asked me to stand in the existing queue (which took another 40 mins).
Haven't seen airline more inefficient than this. Should be a case study on what not to do if you ever think of running an airline

I had a very frustrating and stressful experience with Frontier Airlines at CVG Airport (Gate A17).
My flight was originally scheduled for 9:00 PM but was delayed multiple times—first to 11:30 PM and then again to 12:55 AM, totaling over 4 hours of delay. I was traveling with two young children, and there was no proper communication, apology, or assistance during this time. The kids were exhausted, hungry, and uncomfortable.
To make matters worse, during boarding after this long delay, I was suddenly asked to pay an additional fee for my handbag—the same bag I had carried earlier on my inbound flight without any issue. The enforcement felt completely inconsistent and unfair.
When I tried to resolve the situation calmly, the staff member who identified herself as a supervisor (“Jaraya”) behaved in a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner. Instead of helping, she escalated the situation and even threatened to deny boarding.
As a customer, especially traveling with children, I expected at least basic courtesy and understanding. Instead, I experienced unnecessary stress, poor communication, and unacceptable customer service.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Frontier Airlines needs to improve both their consistency in policies and the professionalism of their staff.

Hate having to use frontier at CVG but I have the gowildpass. Don’t want it to go to waste. I understand there’s a timing rule for when the desk can start checking bags so that’s not what my issue is. Every time I come to the counter to check a bag (which I have to because I’m military) the Cvg Frontier employees all make a big fuss. Being rude, telling me to check my bag without even asking why I’m in line. Rolling their eyes. Always with an attitude. This is always first thing in the morning so I can’t excuse it to a bad day and every time I fly which is around 5-10 times a year. Every time it’s consistent something happens and it’s so disheartening as I do like frontier as a company. I’ve been laughed at, mocked, scolded, and scoffed at here. I fly here often and the only lady who seems to have any respect for others is the younger one with red hair and tattoos and the older lady with long braids.
I’d hate to give 1 star just because of the few nice people who probably get a bad rep for the rude ones.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been extremely frustrating. My flight with Frontier was canceled and then delayed again multiple times, leaving me stranded and unable to return home as scheduled. As a business owner, this directly caused me to miss clients and lose income, not just experience a minor inconvenience.
The lack of reliability and accountability is unacceptable. There was little to no meaningful communication or support provided, and I was left to figure everything out on my own.
When customers rely on you to get them where they need to be—especially for work—this level of disruption has real consequences. I will not be booking with Frontier again.
