The worst customer service ever from frontier in PSE me and my wife were rudely talked to and are book bags were taken away cus they said they were to big even doe I told them my meds were in one and that they were personal items way below the measurements required and I flow in from Cleveland to Orlando and then to PR 2 days before and wasn't charge not a dime for personal bags. So they charge 100 for my personal bags from PSE to Orlando and from Orlando to Cleveland their was no charge the girl in PSE had no matters and no customer service quality at all. Plus said it was what she said and it was final so please watch this airline I personally would never fly Frontier again ever it's a peace of shit airline and the service is worst

Absolutely terrible experience. Flight was at 7:45 am and we were on the tarmac about to take off when we pull back into the airport to be told that the engine needed a small repair that was supposed to only be for an hour. Over 5 hours later they tell us that the flight is delayed to 4:30pm and now my wife and I cannot go on our cruise. Lady at the front counter in training gave me terrible attitude when trying to work out a solution. As well when calling their customer support line they were no help at all and did not genuinely listen to my request. As well hung up on me halfway through the conversation. Honestly the worst airline I’ve ever been on.

i’m only giving 1 star because i’m required to. NEVER again will i fly this airline. Full of crocks. wouldn’t let me check my bag because the flight was “oversold” then changed their reasoning to we were late. we in fact were not late & if we were, why say the flight was oversold to begin with? offered no assistance on how to get a new flight, literally told us “either book a new flight or you aren’t going but i can’t help you” umm ok?? booked a new flight to get to our destination, i spent 3 HOURS on the phone with frontier to confirm my return flight. return flight- CONFIRMED. checked in & downloaded boarding passes. show up to RSW to get home, our reservation was cancelled. not only was it just cancelled, it was cancelled by a frontier ticket desk employee in the CLEVELAND airport. how does that happen? how is that allowed? THANK GOD the Frontier employees at RSW dug to find out what happened because they were staring at our boarding passes on my phone utterly confused how i could have them if we aren’t on the flight. from the mouth of the supervisor at RSW “someone in cleveland is in the system messing with your reservations” not only did they mess with our flight, they also have spent the last 4 days charging my husbands card $1000+ in fees that aren’t applicable.
when we landed in cleveland i took myself to the ticket counter and requested a supervisor because your employee (s) are committing theft, i have a very good idea of which employee it was & it was more likely 2 of them. is anyone surprised i didn’t get to speak to a supervisor? i’m not. A formal complaint is filed with the US department of transportation, my complaint against frontier did me no good because after i filed my complaint that’s when my return flight was messed with, a meeting is scheduled to speak with a lawyer to figure out our options on resolution cause im gonna take it there. they probably do this to people all the time and it gets written off, not this time. someone needs to be held accountable for the things that have been happening. those employees should NOT have a job any longer, & frontier needs to give me my money back. every wrongful dollar taken needs to be refunded. ALSO, the second flight we purchased to get to our destination was delayed until the following morning, all 3 passengers received flight vouchers that were supposed to be $150 each, actually were for $0. at the RSW airport before the employees figured out what was going on told us we needed to book new flights, i said fine use these vouchers cause ill never fly frontier again, i gave her all 3 confirmation numbers to the vouches NONE of them had any value, all $0. what a joke. but i wont leave it alone until this matter is made right. yall messed with the RIGHT one this time frontier.

I asked politely for wheelchair assistance for my 92 year old mother at the Frontier Airlines service desk and this young lady was very rude. She started yelling at me that I asked too many times for service. We were waiting almost an hour. This was Friday 6/5 at 3:00 for identification purposes. I was very concerned about missing our flight. Very disappointing since I regularly fly Frontier and have the Frontier credit card. Thank you for contacting us Frontier. Obviously your employee thinks she’s very funny and cute. When she is actually very rude it’s okay to be rude to your customers
