Do not use this airline ever. They just messed up our check-in and would not let us board. We arrived there on time but the unqualified people behind the counter tried to tell us that we were late, which we weren't. Needless to say, their customer service is terrible because we have been on the phone with them now for hours try to find a suitable solution. They have been super difficult to deal with, and they didn't even offer anything to make this right. Stay away from them!

Terrible! We had a flight for 4:15pm. They delayed it 4 hours. Instead of telling everyone what was going on they just kept saying it’s not canceled. Then once it was too late to get another flight they announced it was canceled. Also they do not rebook you and just offer a refund, which is only accessible after a week. Leaving a lot of passengers scrambling and panicking. First and ONLY time flying this raggedy airline!

Awful. Just Awful. Hidden fees- got to check in and had to pay $600 for carry on bags. We paid $250 at the time of booking to buy our seats- thought that was what our tickets were for??!! The lady was “not allowed” to help us at the counter with the frontier app because it is considered personal assistance.Just felt rushed and anxious.Oh yeah and then… we didn’t have seats when we went to board. Back to Southwest we go.

I wish I could give zero stars!! Do not use this airline! They charged me $149 for 1 bag, 1 way and my bag was less than 40 pounds. I called the night before my flight and the rep said he would credit my card $100. I have not received any credit. You are unable to talk to a live person unless it’s 24 hours before or after your flight, so I emailed as instructed. Immediately they responded that they had no record of the call and therefore would not be issuing me a refund! Horrible customer service!! Also, their staff didn’t show up to the counter until 1 hour before the flight, so we all sat there waiting (those who had to check a bag)! Never again, Frontier has lost my business forever!!!
