this is the best insurance agency office, always pick up phone, and explain policies very patiently. we have been with this office for decades, no problem, we are happy and recommend to anyone if I know they need insurance.

18 years with Lora Cai means nothing but a painful lesson. First of all, my auto/home insurance was way overpriced and they are pain to deal with when someone ran a stop sign and damaged my son's car. They raised the premium despite it's a not-at-fault accident. Second, the term life insurance was a total scam if you read the fine prints and that little booklet they mail you every once in a while. The trick is you will pay more than what is actually reimbursed in the end due to the changes they made when you aren't notified. None of these had ever mentioned by Lora Cai herself when we gave our trust! Not a good practice in business and thus no more business from me and all my relatives.
