RBC Insurance is a run around company. I've read countless of review's and all negative. Every one of the negative reviews makes at least one refference to my experience. Your supposed to pay their bill on time but at no time will they send you any information that you need. Bought my new car a week ago and I still dont have the proof of Insurance from them required for the loan I got at the bank so I cant get my new car.I have to give them one star to complete this review but they dont even desrve that. Zeeshan(if thts his real name) is useless as customer support manager.

I must agree with Cynstar, I have over 30 years of car insurance experience with various companies, and RBC is by far the worst when it comes to dealing with customer problems and issues. They exhibit a condescending attitude towards their clients, ‘I am right, you are wrong’ ‘I am big you are small’ and as Cynstar has also commented, their Ombudsman does not even return our calls. Stay away from this outfit, unfair, unjust, and uncaring.

RBC Insurance is by far the worst company out there for insurance product. I can't tell you how horrible it has been to work with them over the last few weeks, specifically for their auto insurance product. When making a few minor changes to my account, their insurance rep provided me with blatantly inaccurate information which caused me to make significant changes to my account and then "pay the piper" for it a few months later and it wasn’t even my error. And the worst part of it, when I escalated the issue internally and to the RBC Insurance Ombudsman, Mr. Dominic Messina, he never even called me back. In today’s marketplace, the customer should be treated with a little respect and consideration. I’ve been an RBC client for 25 years and a RBC Insurance client for 4 and never before have I been so disgusted with an organization in my life. Truly horrible customer service has not only cost RBC Insurance my business, but also my respect. So, if you are looking for insurance product, take my advise and stay away from RBC. You'll appreciate it in the long wrong run.
