Reached out to Insight AI after contacting another company that was rude and unhelpful. By comparison, I found the whole team at Insight to be kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. They took good care of us, and our home, and found their quote to be very fair. They did their work quietly and efficiently. Would recommend to others without hesitation

They installed a smart home system in my home after the 2013 flood and I have nothing but great praise for the professional hands on service and customer relations. This is a great company to use!

As a medical clinic/sleep lab we have some specialized requests for lighting. Our sleep lab requires lighting with dimming capability. Insight always responds quickly to our requests and completes the job with ease. Our security camera system was upgraded by Insight and we now have access via an app which is accessible 24/7. Insight provides solutions that keep our clinic/sleep lab state-of-the-art!

Drew Hipkin and the Insight team do a great job and have provided excellent service well after our system was installed.

The best place in town for home automation and security. They have the coolest toys and the showroom is beautiful. Ron the owner is great to deal with and thier security guy Telly really knows his stuff.
