There he became a part of the Athletic Training staff at one of the most competitive athletic high school in Maryland. He then attended the University of Delaware and graduated with a bachelor degree in Exercise Science. Dr. Lowy received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. Following school, he completed his surgical residency at Hoboken University Medical Center, a prestigious program known for its intense trauma and complex foot & ankle reconstruction exposure.
