Austin fixed our toilet very quickly. I love that this company calls and gives you a 2 hour windows and then calls when they are leaving their last job.

Had to have my sump line cleared. Austin and his team from Out of this World came quickly and on time, did what they said, and answered all my questions. About as good as it gets. Great stuff. Will use them again.

Austin did a great job replacing a bathroom faucet, electric anode, automatic leak detection cut-off device, toilet fill valve, making sink drains code compliant and other repairs. His broad expertise is a strong asset and is reassuring that the job gets done right. He makes sure you understand the details of the repairs he does and the reasons for making them.

Excellent plumbing services! We had a leaky toilet; Austin and Jeremy replaced it quickly and efficiently, and made sure we were happy with the results. I appreciated that Austin took the time to discuss and explain the options, as well as looking at my plumbing overall to advise me on risks and preventative maintenance. Highly recommended.

We are so pleased with the work done by Austin and Jeremy. They were both extremely professional and friendly, clearly explaining the work required and answering all of our questions. We would highly recommend Out of the World Plumbing.

This was our second time with this company and once again the service was great. It was easy to book a time online, the plumber (Austin) was on time, took his time to explain the options to me and gave other suggestions for improvements without any pressure. Will definitely book again for future plumbing needs.

Very Happy with the service. The plumber (Adam) was fast and very knowledgeable. He had are the pieces needed in his well stocked van to complete the job (leaking shower plumbing behind drywall) even though, originally we were just booked for an estimate. Will use them again in the future.
