I had a very disappointing experience at this Quest location. An employee named Holly refused to help me, telling me the lab order from my doctor was wrong and that my insurance would not cover it. She did not attempt to process the order, verify the information, or offer any real assistance.

After leaving, my doctor’s office contacted Quest directly and confirmed that the order was completely valid and that my insurance could be used. I wasted gas and time driving there with my child, only to feel dismissed and rushed out instead of helped.

What is especially frustrating is that I returned with the exact same order and explained that my doctor confirmed the test could be done. This time, Holly suddenly was able to process it. Yesterday I was told it absolutely could NOT be done, but today it could? The information kept changing, and the explanations given were inconsistent and confusing.

At no point did it seem like there was any real effort made to verify the issue or help find a solution the first time. A little more professionalism, patience, and willingness to help would have made a huge difference.

I got there at 8:20 am. Had my blood drawn by 8:33 and out the door bu 8:40 am. Was surprised how nice the associate was while taking care of me.
