My insurance did not cover a Vit D test. Your Rep offered it to me at $265. It was on your website to self order for $75. They said the only way to get the $75 price was to come back the next day. That's a scam. Why get poked twice???

Front Staff was very nice and helpful in checking in, the wait was under 15 minutes !
Phlebotomist was amazing! I am very nervous when it comes to needles , I didn’t even fell the pinch ! Had a great experience!

I had a great experience at Quest Diagnostics. Astrid was very kind, professional, and made the blood draw process quick and comfortable. She was friendly, explained everything clearly, and made me feel at ease throughout the visit.

The phlebotomist was wonderful. She's so good at her job. I did not even feel the needle go in or feel the blood being taken out of me. And I'm normally really queasy and afraid of needles! It was probably the best experience I've ever had getting my blood drawn. She was also super sweet. Give her a raise! I didn't get her name but she had dark hair and she was working on 9/14/26 at 1:30 pm.

I waited for 4 hours on the walk-in waitlist and instead of just telling everybody on the waitlist they can’t accommodate us, they waited an hour before closing before they even told us anything. There was even an older gentleman with his granddaughter that waited even longer than I have that was on the waitlist before me. Incredibly unprofessional, a major waste of time, and if you can find another testing site then I highly recommend doing so.
