I would have given my experience five stars except that the website for making my appointment was very difficult to manage because of issues downloading my insurance cards to the site. Once on-site, my experience was very pleasant. It was easy to check in, Lucia was very friendly, checked everything for accuracy on every step, and I probably had the most painless needle stick I've ever had. It was very clean and I will definitely choose them next time. I need blood work done.

Everything went perfectly, I was able to make the appointment on the Quest app for a convenient time, since I had to be fasting. I got a text with a button to click when I arrived. As soon as I entered the waiting area, I didn’t have to check in and my name was on the TV showing my place in line—#2. I was called within minutes by a technician with a smile on her face. Everything was positive—she was even wearing a button that said she was ready for fun. When she drew my blood sample, she was gentle and there was no pain. I was completed and on my way in less than 10 minutes. Couldn’t have been a better experience, unless they gave out ice cream.

I have used the Winter Park Quest lab for several years now. The service is excellent. It is an easy check in through the link they send you just before you arrive. I rarely wait much past my scheduled time, if I have to wait at all. The staff is friendly and efficient. The results are typically available the next day, It is also convenient in that if I am out of town and I have an appointment, there is often a Quest lab that I can shift that appointment to. I highly recommend their services.

I had an excellent experience at this location! The complex that it is located in is amazing, and inside the lobby itself it is very clean. I had no issues with signing in, and I was seen almost immediately (I had an appointment). Getting my blood drawn was completely painless, and they had water available for my urine test. I was in and out in less than fifteen minutes total. I highly recommend this location!
