My phlebotomist Reece got me in & out quickly, all while juggling many other patients issues. While only given 10 minutes per patient, she was very pleasant & kind during my blood draw. Reece is quite the professional at what she does!

Fast wait times, clean space, very friendly and professional staff who know how to find the vein virtually pain free! Quickest blood lab I have had to date entirely due to skill and organization of staff. Give them a bonus!

Will never set foot in this E Washington Street office again. The rude Hispanic girl shouldn't be interacting with customers with her bad attitude. She was rude from the get go. She coldly printed up a past due bill I never received by mail and told me I was in collection and demanded payment. ( I get my blood drawn every 3 months & insurance bills me soon after my visits) When I asked questions why I never received that bill, like I had in the past( calmly) she shook her head at me rudely and demanded payment before she would draw my blood. She sat there on her computer shaking her head at me repeatedly. I was just trying to gain clarity of how I was in collections over a $10 bill I never received and was concerned of my good credit being effected. I called her out on her rudeness and said no way I want her drawing my blood and would never come back to this location. After leaving I called 800 number and paid this past due bill they sent to the wrong address from August, ( Quest's error) All the other locations I've been had nice employees. Avoid this location at East Washington Street like the plague if you want to be treated with respect!!

The phlebotomists were fast and the shots were very professional and almost completely painless. The procedure from check-in to completion was very streamlined, even for walk-ins like us.

The only downside was that the lobby air-conditioning was excessively cold.

Pro Tip
There are limited restroom facilities on the first floor across from the elevators but based on the number of medical offices in the building, they are insufficient. Most medical offices do not have restrooms for patients so take care of business before coming, I recommend
