Soooo! We just got done with bloodwork for my 12year old Autistic son and let me tell you everything went really smooth! From the beginning to the end we had the specialist named “Steve” he did an amazing job with drawing his blood along with the assistant, made sure he didn’t move and distracted him. We did do an online appointment and mentioned to customer service that he is autistic so they were already aware, therefore when we got there I only had to check in with my phone once we arrived at the office and we got attended right away! I totally recommend this place for parents who have a kid on the spectrum!!! ❤️we will be coming here next time he needs bloodwork done ✅ we even got to take pictures afterwards overall experience 10/10!

Steven is EXCELLENT drawing blood. It was literally painless and Im usually queezy during the blood draw. I heard the crew is always short staffed which is a shame because Lab-corp is just around the corner. As long as Steven is at Quest, I will never go anywhere else. Thanks steve

Just got my blood work done, and philma, I think that's how you spell her name, but she was amazing, got my vein at the first poke, unbelievable. I usually walk out with 5-6 pokes. This was today, 2-11-26, appointment 9:50 am, blood work room #2. Oh, and she had a gentle hand, wow!

The parking lot is horrific. The hospital is like a maze. I got lost several times. The elevator wait is ridiculously long. And I was late to my appointment twice. And I felt like I being stared or stalk in the hospital lobby waiting for the elevator. The office is pretty clean. But the experience to get here isn’t so great.

I went in for a walk-in appointment. As with many of their branches, there was no one available to assist or answer questions. I checked in and waited about 15 minutes before a staff member finally showed up. I asked if I needed to move my car, as I had parked in a one-hour zone, and she mentioned the wait could be longer than that. I told her I’d go move it, and she said I’d have to check in again when I returned. At that point, the lobby was empty.
I quickly moved my car—it took no more than 5 minutes—but when I came back, my check-in had been removed and someone else was now sitting in the waiting area. It appeared they hadn’t even checked in properly as a walk-in. After waiting another 40 minutes, I saw that staff asked that person to check in after I had returned, then brought them in before me. When I pointed this out, they denied it and claimed otherwise.
Now I’ve been waiting for over an hour, and they’ve started calling in scheduled appointments. If making an appointment had been an option for me, I would have—this is urgent and needs to be done today. The lack of communication and transparency is frustrating, especially when time-sensitive issues are involved.
