Staff person that did my draw was efficient, professional, and kind. My last few draws have been difficult, having to be stuck and restuck multiple times. The last draw I actually had bruises on both arms and in my hands which is where the blood was finally drawn. But yesterday, the staff person was able to get the draw done in one stick and today I don't even have bruising. Much appreciate her expertise!

My Doctor gave me a script for a urine test for arsenic levels.
#1 Stopped into Quest to ask for a 24 hr urine container. They looked at the Rx and said only a regular urine was needed. I made an appointment to come in on another day,
#2 Went in to give specimen, and was told I needed a 24 hr urine. They had no containers. I had to come back the following week to pick one up.
#3 Came in and picked up the container.
#4 Made an appointment to drop off container. They told me it was no good because I had eaten seafood within 24 hours. Nobody had given me instructions not to. Got another 24 hour container.
#5 Made an appointment to drop off container.Dropped it off yesterday. When I got home, I had a message that it was invalid because they had given me the wrong container. This was the same orange plastic container I was given the first time
When I returned home, I had a second call from your lab tech Margarita. She kept apologizing. She asked me to come back and try again. She then put Crystal,a supervisor on the phone. She told me I needed an entirely different type of container to collect my urine in. She said it was my Doctorās fault for not telling me I shouldnāt eat seafood for 24 hours. I donāt think it was my doctorās responsibility. I should have gotten instructions the first time like they printed me out the second time. Plus it was not my doctor who gave me the wrong container twice.
I will have to arrange another ride to pick up the new container, and to drop it off, and to block off another 24 hours to collect it.

Iām here now and they are steadily calling people back. The waiting room is.clean and the check-in kiosk is straightforward. They offer support for visually impaired also.

I've had the pleasure of getting drawn from a few of the phlebotomists at this point, and it's always a great experience. Super friendly, professional, thoughtful, and gentle draw technique. Today, (forgive me, I'm bad with names š) I believe it was the manager that did the draw, and she was no exception - wonderful experience. Thank you - keep up the great work! ā¤ļø
Helpful tip: Always make an appointment online and check to see if you are listed on the screen once you check in on site. It's consistently busy, so I don't recommend going without one.

Excellent experience from start to finish.
I checked in about 5ā10 minutes before my scheduled appointment and was called back slightly early. The entire process was efficient, well-organized, and seamless.
The facility was clean and well-maintained, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. A special thanks to Tripp, the phlebotomist who drew my labs. He was personable, put me at ease, and knows his craft. Blood draw was quick, painless, and as smooth an experience as you could ask for.
Quest isn't somewhere most people look forward to visiting, but this location demonstrates how healthcare should operate: efficient, courteous, competent, and respectful of patients' time.
I'd gladly return to this location for future lab work.
