We had the best experience working with the entire staff, Jess was dynamite, he worked with us from start to finish. Matter of fact I think I sent a few texts after hrs or on the weekend with a quick response. Jan and I spoke several times that I think we were like family by the end of the project. She’s a RockStar and goes the extra mile. I would recommend Steel Structures America to anyone who wants amazing craftsmanship. Our on site supervisor sent pictures as the project came together, I can’t imagine going to another business once we had such a positive experience. I will definitely be a return customer. Thank you so much for such a beautiful barn.

We have had great experiences with Steel Structures so far! We haven't closed on our new property yet, but my salesman (Jess) has been kind enough to meet with us and our Realtor at two different locations to help us figure out what style of shop would work best on each property. He has been extremely helpful to us with figuring out our pre purchase budget. We even got 3D pictures drawn for us of what our future shop could look like like. Highly recommend calling them.

Thanks, Jess, for making my building experience go so smoothly. From concept to construction, I couldn’t be more satisfied. The building crew was clean and professional. They worked through some bad weather to meet the promised deadlines. Jess Magnus services my area and even though he stepped back once the contract was signed, he was always available and responsive. I recommend SSA without reservation.

Reposting this review, I deleted it after being threatened with a lawsuit for defamation. I will not be bullied & I have a right to my opinion, which is all this is, based on my own experience as a consumer with the salesman & company. Pole building salesman lacked experience (he had just started in sales and was new to the company) & smelled of alcohol.(observed by myself & others) Did not manage project like was promised, was never at job site. (Stated he would manage project yet was only at my residence once to put up a sign) Had trucks/materials being delivered after 10:30pm without notice to us. Tried tacking on extra charges & the only thing he cared about was when you were going to make a payment, end result was a good well-built building, but lacking options asked for. Based on my personal opinion & experience, I would never ever recommend SSA or their salesman. Some friends& acquaintances have had similar experiences & have said the same.
