My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Michelle at the Allegiant terminal today, and we couldn't be more impressed. She was incredibly kind, cheerful, and went above and beyond to help us! We’ve flown through Allegiant at Kansas City MCI several times, and Michelle has consistently been a standout for her helpfulness and positive attitude.

Today, we had an issue with our luggage strap breaking at baggage claim, and Michelle handled everything quickly and efficiently. She made sure we were taken care of, and we are so grateful for her outstanding service. We truly hope this feedback gets passed along to her supervisor, as Michelle truly deserves recognition for her excellent customer care.

In the past year, we've flown Allegiant about 7 times and have always had great experiences—today was no exception, thanks to Michelle’s wonderful assistance!

We flew Allegiant over Memorial weekend for the first time from KC to Destin, Florida. The price was great and the non-stop flight was a plus. The problem was the cramped seating and less seat padding than expected. We experienced some minor turbulence and my wife wanted to locate a barf bag. None near the seating. I didn’t bring entertainment with me so I suffered from boredom (my fault). The flights were on time. Good cheap flight option. But we had to load directly onto the tarmac in Destin. That was an unwelcome surprise. However, my wife is not sure she will fly this airline again. Me, I hate flight connections. So I will give it another shot. If you’re under 5’8”, and thin, you might not feel so cramped. I’m 6’2” so…..

Way better than southwest by far... Seems to have more room too for seating... I'll take them over southwest any day

First time here and we were all surprised on how good everything was. I started off with a Bloody Mary spicy and it was very good. I had the biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs and sausage. I was very happy it wasn't the same ole same ole. Good flavor and prepared just right. There were 7 of us and everyone had good things to say about their food. We will be back.
