We were excited when this location opened near our restaurant a couple of years ago because it was so convenient. Unfortunately, our experiences over the past couple of years have been disappointing.

The customer service has been consistently poor. While there are a few employees who are genuinely friendly and helpful, most of the staff seem unhappy and uninterested in serving customers. It often feels like they don’t enjoy their jobs, and that attitude comes across in the service.

Many of the customers who shop here are local business owners who spend a significant amount of money and value good service. Management should pay closer attention to hiring, training, and customer service standards. A better team would make a huge difference.

I really hope this location improves because it has great potential and is in a very convenient location.

Very poor customer service at Restaurant Depot. Be aware — even if you get a day pass, they do not allow kids under 18 inside. We were told to leave because of it, and the staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful about the situation. This policy should be made much clearer before people make the trip. Honestly, even if I had a vendor license, I wouldn’t go back based on the experience

Not sure why so many bad reviews. I personally stopped and spoke with the manager, the front desk and the cashiers. All of which were extremely helpful, polite and kind spirited. Honestly had a really good experience. Thank you.

Can park overnight
Super nice friendly employees
I checked in at 5:15am
They said go back on door but they can unload my load at 6am
Check out 6:45am
Easy back on door
But on entrance little wide turn so be careful and make wide turn

Turn on side the building for truck entrance if you go pass the building u will have to turn around because employees parking lot on the other side end
