Great staff, pleasant and helpful. Michael the tech was terrific as well. Dr. Dawson was good, quick but professional and efficient. The office was very nice. This was my first visit. I did wait an hour for my visit, but it was a pleasant wait.

The staff was very professional and they was friendly at the same time. They brought my Mom in did the necessary procedure. They explained to her what they where doing and why. They made my Mom feel comfortable with their services and I would recommend them to anyone with vision issues. Florida Eye Clinic in Clermont you all where great today.
The Webber thank you for taking great care of our mother.💥💥💥💥💥

Staff here is incomparable. From the moment you walk in to the second you leave you are treated like royalty. I don't know how they are trained but I have a feeling they are just a group of really, really nice people. The doctor, however, was quite different. I don't think he spent 60 seconds with me & in that minute I asked him a relatively routine question to which he literally sighed, picked up my folder, barely looked at it, did not turn to look at me when he gave me an answer and just walked out. I hope I get a different doctor next year or I won't go back & I feel bad bc the staff doesn't deserve to lose patients bc of this doctor's rude behavior.

The employees at this facility were very helpful with my moms exam. They were very patient and understanding. I definately recommend this office especially if helping a patient with dementia.

My husband has needed an emergency visit for weeks. FYI there is no actual "emergency visit" option with this practice. I set the appointment and we were out of town the week before the visit.

They communicate by text for verification of appointment set. However, they canceled his appointment and when they couldn't reach us by phone did not send a text. We arrive for the appointment to be told the doctor left (at the time of my husband's appointment) and is not available the rest of the week. Now we have to wait till the Monday of the next week and drive over and hour. We received a text, before arriving home, to advise of the upcoming appointment.

No idea why they cannot text to advise an appointment is canceled, the same as advising it is set.
