We were greeted by a super pleasant young lady named Julia. The whole experience was amazing! She was attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and she just was very aware of how to be a perfect server without going over the top where it would be too much.
The food was so delicious, our appetizers, our drinks right down to our main course. I will say though having Julia as our server was what made our night wonderful. Thanks for everything. Can’t wait to be back!

I have been trying to do this balloon ride for over a year. I've been on a waiting list, never a call. Today was no wind, very little clouds and a stellar forecast. Took a screenshot. I was told it was canceled because of a possible thunderstorm in the forecast. Not one mention of a T-storm in 2 different apps. I strongly recommend finding something else to do. They take your money, lie to you and refuse to give your money back. I honestly feel that I will never get to fly. They said to sell it to someone else. I asked about how big the backlog is, they wouldn't answer. I asked if the keep selling flights even though the last keep getting longer, wouldn't answer that either. Its a great business plan, promise a service and just say the weather is always bad and its for your safety and take your money. Save your money and frustration.

Once you get past the gimmickry of the rooms you discover they are very basic and not really worth the price. We stayed in the Canadian theme room with the hot tub and big bear sitting there watching you. What really ruined it for us was the fact there was no hot water when we went to have a shower (at around midnight). We rang reception who sent someone up to check and discovered the shower water was ice cold. They also informed that there was no maintenance staff onsite until the morning (rather poor given the size of the hotel and amount of rooms they have). To resolve the no hot water situation they were checking other random vacant rooms (which the only other room on our floor had no hot water either). Now its 1am and my wife and I are being sent to random vacant rooms on other floors looking for one with hot water to have a shower. We finally find one and shower, but then are offered absolutely no form of compensation (other than the token "sorry" from the front desk), for the inconvenience caused. At the least an offer of a free beer or breakfast or anything would have helped made it up to us, but no offer of anything at all means we would not ever be returning here again, and would advise others to look for more substantial accommodation near by that is better value with working amenities.

Great location close to West Edmonton Mall. Free surface parking. Good breakfast included with the stay, minus the eggs which felt very powdery

Great location, very clean, and the most amazing kind and attentive staff. The team went above and beyond to make sure I was welcome and comfortable. Extra touches along the way and I appreciate the kindness. Front desk team member, Ashna and Director of Operations, Ashnil, were absolutely fantastic! I will absolutely stay at their hotel when I return to Edmonton!

The tables were tight set, the chairs not comfortable, the restaurant was crowded when we came for lunch on Thursday. We received two menus, one for regula Canadian lunch and one for German food first Schnitzel the other Bratwust or a combination of both with a side of Rotkohl (red cabbage) or Sauerkraut and Spaetzle, fries or mashed potatoes. The price was $ 25 for the basic Schnitzel or $ 30 for the combination.
The meal included a soup or salad. My wife and I opted both for Schnitzel with Rotkohl and Spaetzle. The chicken corn chowder was restaurant prepared with lots of meat. The Spaetzle were handmade and a great portion, the red cabbage however just a tiny cup, the Schnitzel a bit dry, the size good for us as seniors. The taste was okay, not what we as Germans remember from back home.

Due to the alarm going off constantly, my family and I barely got any sleep. For the price I paid, being able to sleep through the night should have been the bare minimum we could expect. We will probably choose another hotel next year for our vacation.

We enjoyed an early dinner on the patio. Our waitress Victoria was amazing! Very attentive and a great sense of humour.
Would definitely recommend OJ’s, especially if you have the opportunity to have Victoria as your server.

On their website it says over 45 minutes wait and you don't get your order they will issue you a $10 credit to your next order if ots not delivered within the time from ordering online and I called customer service and they denied me my $10 credit . Never again do business with pizza 73 especially this location I didn't get my or for 55 minutes

Okay experience, I’ve always liked coming here for the theme rooms but the beds needs some serious upgrading and the jet tub was not clean - not worth the high ticket price for one night.
