I went to this place when I found myself stuck in Castlegar, BC (Ironically my plane was delayed).

Most Jazz clubs are a little more hip than this place. It might be the proximity to the Airport, but the clientele here were very dirty like mechanics and such.

Where they really lacked, was the Jazz! This place had piped in music, kinda like Muzak or something. Not a typical Jazz Bar, but I guess if you are stuck in Castlegar... you don't have many options!

If you are looking for a good Jazz club, I'd suggest N'AWLINS JAZZ BAR & DINING in Toronto.
