Very friendly and helpful service, great resource for nearby residents.

The store appears to be a one-person operation, so you might get unlucky and show up when the employee is on break.

Signage on the door like "back in 5/30 min" during breaks would be helpful.

It could otherwise be frustrating to show up and see it closed without notice.

While the food was not a fit for my dog, the entire staff was incredibly helpful. They weren’t upset that I had to return the food. They gladly accepted it and tried to see if there was something else more suitable.

I adopted a dog and i have gone through 3 years of trying different dog foods to try to work with his skin allergies. I finally committed to feeding him the chicken and rice just food for dogs option-his skin is finally healing, he is calmer, and has never looked better. Happy to have found this product and have now switched to this product permanently!

My dogs will not walk past this store without pulling me in. Great food and helpful associates. Treat samples, same day delivery options, unfrozen fresh food available, and access to the full JFFD selection. My dog has done well after switching to JFFD from kibble.

This is a great welcome addition to the LIC neighborhood. I usually feed my dog a mix of dry food and wet canned food but she has always had moderate to severe environmental allergies where the licking and scratching is sometimes non-stop. I've been constantly looking for alternatives to provide her relief and tried all kinds of supplements, fish oils, etc. but to no avail. I really hope that the high quality and healthy dog food that this place serves up is going to be the solution! They have pre-made frozen packets with a variety of flavors as well as non-refrigerated small cartons with the same variety of flavors. They also sell all kinds of supplements to assist with a wide spectrum of health needs and of course dog treats. Very friendly staff that will walk you through everything you need to know to make the transition to their dog food. It's pricier than standard dog food options but if the health benefits that I'm hoping for come along with it then I'd say it's definitely worth it.
