I live close by and I’ve gotten gas here often. Half the time I show up the office is locked and there’s no one inside but sign on the window. This time I started pumping my gas and went to go inside and he walked right by me and locked the door in front of me. Then he walked over to his car that was parked underneath the pumps in the shade and sat in his car staring at me I filled up my truck about $95. I waited, but he just sat in his car and as I left, another employee was crossing the street coming back from Kentucky Fried chicken. So we had two employees and cannot keep the doors open. I guess I will get my gas and car wash somewhere else it’s always a new face In here

Was running REALLY low on gas; my 2023 vehicle was showing only 11 miles to a completely empty tank by the time I pulled up to the pump. I only put in 1 gallon, $5.01 total, to get where I needed to go. When I turned my vehicle back on, the gauge hadn't moved and it was still showing only 11 miles left for my tank! My vehicle registers every drop put in my tank and should have added 30 miles for 1 gallon. I went in and spoke to the manager who was unconcerned that I didn't get any gas from the pump and that there was a problem with it. While I understand that scammers are out there trying to take advantage and that businesses can't refund everyone who says they have an issue, it would have been good customer service to go out and put an "out of order sign" on that pump and get it checked. I only lost $5 over this incident but it's enough to never go back to this station even though it's closest to my house. Bad management and faulty pumps!

Visited at 3am. Met the most incompetent worker. Doesn’t even know how to take card payments. Very sad day for shell. Hiring people that don’t know how to do their jobs.
