Worst company ever!!! It's 2 months and I'm still waiting for my stove to be repaired. I was Waiting for the correct parts to come in, finally made an appointment for a service and they call me 1 hour before saying they ordered the wrong parts. I even missed work for this. Now the parts have come in again and they want to service in 3 weeks! So frustrated. I wait minimum 30 min on hold every time I call and they always say a manager will call me back and they never do. Worst company ever!!!!

Stay away from these thieves!!!!!!!
It has been one month since my oven stopped working and these thieves just keep giving you the runaround and nothing gets done.
I have dealt with them, Paquette who they send as a technician, and corbeil where it was bought.
The second technician came on Saturday and today is Thursday and they are still awaiting the report of the technician
It is best not to buy this warranty
