Yes, I went to Manualife to get information on my investment and when I walked up to the door it was locked I pressed the intercom 3 / 4 times the woman at the front desk is def so I tapped on the side window at a woman sitting at her desk and she was nice enough to let me in. I approached the def one and all of the sudden her hearing was restored she.could magically hear me. She started giving me a boaring story why the door was locked because people just walk in, “DUH” it’s a frigging business and I tld here what I thought about that all in a nice way. What does she do she goes back to get an advisor ( looked like she combed her hair with a block of wood, yuk!) we talked she was not helpful in any which way shape or form she gave me a number which was the wrong number altogether it was for medical not finance the she asked me to apologize for being rude to the def one which I wasn’t, I didn’t. The def one needs to go the advisor need to take grooming classes and I closed everything up at Manual never again that place is a dump upper management needs to straighten things out oh and this is posted everywhere.
