I will never deal with RBC Insurance again. I was late on a payment and decided to cancel since I was moving anyways and they charged me 90 dollars for canceling plus my next months fee! I explained to them that I had canceled over the phone and what do they do, send me to collections, saying I have no proof because I canceled verbally. Now almost a year later they call me and say they never received my cheque. (I have proof they cashed it, I now have to pay my bank to send me the posted cheque, 8 months later, and go to the trouble of faxing proof that RBC are screw ups) I can't imagine dealing with a company that is so rigid and customer relation non existent if I actually had a claim.

I work there they are an amazing company to work for,greta incentives,great paychecks,great people and terrific work environment
