Dr. Moser earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Oklahoma before pursuing medical school at the Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He then interned at Tulsa Regional Medical Center and completed his residency at OSU. He served as a physician in the U.S. Air Force (active duty), followed by several years of service in the U.S. Air Force Reserve.
