I have a very good experience in doing the exercises. I have problems with my knees and now I doing much the pain reduced I will say 60% for what I just to have so I do recommend it for everyone

I’ve been coming since July of 2019. I enjoy and look forward to the challenge of each of the machines each week and the Hydromassage after.
Rebecca and Lindsey are very sweet and helpful in making sure I’m doing the exercises correctly, which is extremely important.
My next Dexa scan will be in a few months and will be anxious to see the improvement
