There are no words to express how great they are. We worked with them for awhile. They were very patient, very diligent and very professional. They were able to help us on so many levels in finding out the information we needed to get the job done. We respected their advice and their opinions. I would highly recommend them to any one looking to sell their properties/businesses. On a scale of 1 - 10, I would rank them at 20!! Great People!!!!!

While searching for a business to purchase in 2020, Larry Swanson stood out as a broker. Larry was responsive and engaged as we continued to pursue an opportunity he was representing. As the transaction continued he was always available to support the process as well as trouble shoot when there were some obstacles. Larry saw the entire process through from the first introduction to the day of closing. In the future when I need a business sold I would not hesitate to engage Larry's services.

Buying or selling a business for most is often a one time occurrence and most often stressful and filled with anxiety. We highly recommend Larry & Julie Swanson of Transworld Business Advisors of Downers Grove who have tremendous knowledge and expertise to get the deal done. They were always available to answer our questions and gave us great advice throughout the process. They have a very high level of professionalism and integrity which was evident throughout the entire process.

Awesome company and very easy to deal with associates. At first I was apprehensive about using a business broker, but this company catered to all my needs and then some. The whole process was smooth, easy, thorough. If you are buying or selling a business I would definitely recommend the guidance of this company. Thank you for everything!

I reached out to this team as a buyer looking to acquire one of their listings in an industry I had previously acquired multi companies. They were slow in responding initially and when I had a question, they were rude and even insulting me personally. To any seller listing their business with this group, think twice, they are turning off potential buyers of your business.
