Dr. Charles has been my PCP for atleast 20 years. He has been amazing. If he's not sure about a particular symptom that warrants a refered Specialist he does not hesitate to get the referral started. He has some wonderful support staff as well.

He is the best in every respect. He listens, reviews your history and really cares about your concerns. He provides the proper treatment and is good about following up. I have been his patient many years

Dr Batayola is a WONDERFUL doctor. Very caring, listening to what is going on and helps any way he can and gives referrels when needed for other medical serious needs. He has been my primary doctor years and my family trusts him 100%! I would and have recommended him to anyone for a primary doctor.

He has been my family Dr. For a long time. My father has health conditions that Dr.B is very aware of. Instead of doing what is best for my fathers health, he acted based of his own personal beliefs. Dr should always do what is medically best for the patient. When my dad tried to schedule an appointment with him to discuss his option they wouldn't let him have an appointment. My father sent a strongly worded message, to which him and my mother were canceled as patients. When I came in for my appointment (mind you I'm a grown adult) I was treated very rudely. When I had my virtual appointment following that one, I waited on virtual call for an hour and a half before I called, to which they told me I had never logged on, even though I had. They rescheduled me and then never called the day of to give me the password for the Virtual call.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Dr Batayola is a a great Dr. My daughter has seen him and loves him. However staff is horrible! I am a New Patient and I have been waiting to see him for 6 months. 2 hours before my appt today they cancel my appt. I understand things come up so I wasn’t upset. However when I call to reschedule, the next appointment is in March! There was no apology for the same day cancel and the woman on the phone was extremely rude! I felt like it was intentional because they do not want to see me. Apparently they do not care about patients anymore. Which is extremely sad. Or I am betting Dr B has no idea his support staff treat people like this.
