Food was good and the service was friendly.
My biggest complaint is they don't have online pickup counter.
I ordered my food online and had to wait in line for 10 minutes just to get my food. What's the point of ordering online if you still have to wait in-line?

I made an order from this place for about $900 for a university event I hosted. About $150 were included as a generous tip+delivery. Here what happened on the delivery date: 1- A woman called me an hour before the scheduled time telling me that she will deliver in a few minutes. I told her that's too early and it's not the scheduled time that I've listed clearly on the order. 2- She asked me if I can 'come and help her deliver the stuff'. I'm not sure why we paid them a delivery fee and a very generous tip if we needed to hire other people to 'carry the stuff'. She didn't like my response that I'm not that building and I'm unable to carry the items for her, so she rudely hang up the call! I didn’t experience a similar 'delivery' service. Considering my experience with this restaurant, I will never buy from them for our university events. Also, I should be issued credit equivalent to the $150, because they were not deserved at all. I still have the receipt of delivery in my records.

Update: spoke with manager Cami, and she will be remaking this order for me today. She was very professional and courteous! I appreciate her for reaching out to me and taking the strides to correct a situation!! Great management!

Today was my second time in. The three employees I saw, all looked really pissed off. No smiles, no greeting when I come in. I ordered the pork nachos without bbq. I got it and there is no cheese, no tomatoes. I'm adding a picture of what is advertised and what I got. NOT WORTH WHAT YOU CHARGE. The sandwiches are good tasting. I was really let down today. Also this was only 30 minutes after opening time......not sure if I will spend anymore money here. Also the dining area could use some cleaning. The floor in front of register was sticky and dust on lots of stuff.

The employees are always friendly and service is quick. The price is on par with other restaurants of this king. The Jalapeño turkey crunch is excellent. It's my favorite and I rarely deviate from this selection. They truly have something for everyone.
