Super fast service. They didn't ask for my phone # he just replaced my screen protector when I asked to go back to the glass model protector over the plastic one that peels off my phone every few months. The guy installed it crooked so now my "edge" function on my screen doesn't work. I have to go back for re-replacent. I went to original Zagg store in Prov Place Mall and they tried of charge me half pri e because this store did not install the correct screen protector and made no record of my warranty replacement. Zagg Prov agreed to charge me half price

Guy was great, but glass had a burr, cracked and was just replaced last week and had to pay again. Going to Verizon going forward. Never had an issue with plastic, these glass ones are awful!!!!

Was referred by the nearby Verizon store. I wanted my cracked screen fixed right away because I was sick of looking at it. The nice kiosk girl fixed it within minutes and made a happy and satisfied customer out of me.

ZAGG is one of my favorite kiosks at the mall! They replaced the glass protector on my iPhone 11 Pro Max last year. They had the right size when even the Apple Store didn’t!

I returned today because I have dropped my phone a few times and it cracked the screen protector in two places. I brought my receipt from last year. But he didn’t need it. I am in their database. I will never have to bring a receipt. Five minutes later my screen protector was replaced and for just $12.00. Great job! Thanks!
