From getting a quote to the day of installation, the team at HTR went above and beyond with their service. They walk you through step by step to help you choose the right windows and trims for your home. The sales rep, Ivan has exceptional communication skills that provided me with quality customer service and care. The installation team was on time and did a great job with the windows, ensuring safety and cleanliness in their workspace and our home. Nothing was damaged and our home was spotless after they left. The it services are reasonably priced as well. Would highly recommend!

The team that was here did a great job installing my windows and doors. They were easy to work with and maintained strong communication throughout the project, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

It was clear they really know what they’re doing. They performed constant quality checks during the installation and aftee, which gave me confidence that everything was being done properly and to a high standard.

Overall, I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional window and door installation.

Thank you guys so much.

I am so happy with our new door, we get compliments all the time. Dennis was amazing, quoted us the best price, had it made and installed in the timeline he said it would. the Installer was awesome, did a great job and cleaned the worksite perfectly, even in the cold of winter. Dennis came back for a followup just to make sure we were happy and even installed a peephole upon request for no extra charge. I would definitely use them again and recommend to all.

We love our new windows. We contacted Dennis to schedule a consultation first. Dennis has tons of experience and suggested some really good options that we haven't considered before. He was very patient and explained the process clearly so we knew what to expect. The installation took 1 day. The crew did an amazing job and cleaned up after the job was done. Windows look gorgeous and we got so many complements from all neighbors around. Thank you Dennis and the crew for an amazing job!!!!
