Our bodies naturally produce cannabinoids but each of us has a varying degree of deficiency. This lack shows itself through a variety of symptoms like insomnia, anxiety, mood swings, and depression all of which cause our bodies to hold unnecessary tension that is hard to release. By combining the therapeutic massage techniques of your practitioner with a tincture and full body topical comprised of hemp oil rich in cannabinoids your mind, body, spirit, and endocannabinoid system will become revitalized and refreshed! Discover a higher level of healing today at Haven. Founded By Emily Miller, LMT Emily is the creator and founder of Haven, a boutique massage studio located in beautiful Ventura, CA. Haven represents the culmination of over ten years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist and her passion for cannabis and plant-based medicine. Haven CBD is a natural extension of her efforts to share the healing powers of cannabinoids to the world. After extensive research and education, Emily partnered with one of the leading producers of hemp in the country, and Haven was born. Haven is, and always will be, a female-led and family-owned business that supports the local community. Read more
