New to Charlotte and a brand new customer. So glad that I found Jones Dry Cleaning. I had a suit cleaned and two shirts laundered and folded. The quality on both are exceptional. The laundered shirts are expertly folded and placed in a clear bag keeping the structure of the shirt firmly intact. If I could rate them 6 stars I would, but 5 is the limit. This is one serious cleaning facility !

I put a two piece pleated pant with a top to be steamed so I could get wrikles of the pant . I picked it up Monday 08/17/2026 all the pleats were pressed out . The pants are ruined and I don't have enough time to order another two piece . It's common sense that you don't press pleats. I will never use them again and look how they hung them on the hanger.😡

I am emailed discounts that I accept. But you must ask repeatedly to have them applied. They should be applied automatically when the response to accepting them is "Success".
The dry cleaning is very good otherwise.

I have been searching for a dry cleaners and am excited to share that Jones Dry Cleaning did a fantastic job cleaning my favorite Maison Common jacket. It had a nice clean smell; no harsh dry cleaning fluid. The staff are very nice and friendly. I am so thankful, blessings!

I’m a new customer. So far so good. Even had a little issue with price given vs charged, but they quickly corrected it and were kind. My garment looks pristine. So all is well.
