Sessions with me involve the burning of blessing herbs, drumming, singing or toning, ritual work, guided meditation, energy healing and authentic conversation. I specialize in working with people who are in the process of understanding the patterns of addictive behavior, and exploring the roots of these issues. Having overcome addictions to substances and behaviors that lasted nearly half my life, I understand the courage, strength, and resolve required to break free from these difficult and complex patterns.
