They wanted me to pay $$350 again for the mistake that one of the workers did Our I was on the phone with him for about a month and a half asking where is my insurance will be going that I’ve been paying 194. The agent took it upon herself to call Strand Insurance and cancel my insurance. Tell him that I wanted to cancel my insurance but he lied. Because why would I cancel my insurance and my title is not right make it make sense then he comes to tell me my insurance is on a layaway plan. I found that after that I keep paying this 194 to these people in cahoots with Strand Insurance. Did he got so crazy to the point where right after that someone was in front of my house took a picture of my car in three days later I got rear-ended in Pelham Now all of a sudden, the car demolished nobody don’t know what I’m talking about, but I’m gonna get to the end of it because I have to have surgery and I’m not gonna let this one go due to the fact that my neighbor saw them taking pictures of my car and the guy lied to the insurance company now the insurance company talking about I didn’t have coverage because I questioned the fact that where is my $194 going so before he got back to me, he called the insurance company and told Insurance Company that I called to cancel my insurance. Don’t go here they put your insurance on layaway who the hell ever heard of insurance or labor when I paid over 500 something dollars 300 and something dollars to register when I left. I had paid like 1000 something dollars then I go back for my records. They’re gonna tell me they don’t have them.

I have been a customer for several months, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. Starting about six months ago, I noticed an unexplained $50 increase in my monthly auto insurance premium. When I contacted customer service, I was told it was due to my defensive driving course expiring.

I had, in fact, renewed the course and submitted the required documentation. Despite this, I was repeatedly told different stories by various representatives over the phone, by email, and even during in-person visits. I was asked to send the original certificate again, which I did, but I never received confirmation or a refund for the overcharges.

To this day, the issue remains unresolved. I’ve paid hundreds of dollars in extra charges due to what appears to be an internal error and a failure to properly process my documentation. Worse, the original copy of my defensive driving certificate—something I was told to send—was never returned or acknowledged.

This situation has not only caused financial inconvenience, but it also reflects a serious lack of accountability and communication within the company. I expected more professionalism and transparency from a company I trusted with my insurance needs.
Emanuel is the worse included the only time they just keep laying and they never get back or worked on that.

About two years ago, I visited your insurance office as a new customer, hoping to purchase insurance. At first, I was impressed — the owner greeted customers through a screen, which I thought was a great touch.

I provided all the required documents — my ID, license, and any other paperwork they requested. I was told to wait two days and that I’d receive a call when everything was ready. But after three days with no call, I followed up and was told it wasn’t ready. I waited another week, called again, and still got the same response.

Eventually, I had to go back in person just to collect my file. I ended up buying insurance somewhere else.

Now, after two years, the owner reached out asking why my name wasn’t in the system. Well, here’s why: I was a new customer, and I left because of the poor follow-up and customer service. If this continues, more customers will likely do the same. Good luck

Don’t go here! They are acting like they are Plate Express and they are not! The got me with the sign outside that says PlateXpress and me being in a rush didn’t even read the sign above the store front.Worst place ever!!! I dropped off my paperwork on Monday and was suppose to called on Tuesday. Today is Saturday and I had to go in person and get my paperwork back! Oh and let me say this, their communication skills is horrible if I didn’t mention. Thank god they didn’t lose my paperwork!
