The people working here are extremely unprofessional. I had to wait for two employees to finish their conversation to be attended. I completely understand having to address an emergency and speaking to your coworkers for something important, but this was completely different. Two employees were just laughing and talking while I waited to order. It truly made the whole experience frustrating and uncomfortable when I just wanted to get ice cream. And to top it off, they continued speaking to each other while I was ordering.

Don't fall fool to these prices. I grew up LOVING coldstone as an occasional treat. As a local, I've stopped by this location more than once to observe never-ending increases in prices. At some point, it's not worth it anymore. This is a tourist stop, not a local gem.

Have to just post what great service we received at this location .the staff not only responded to all our questions , they we funny and cheerful the full time . The women in front of us had allergies and they took it very serious.
Great team and great ice-cream..

The only reason I am even giving a 3 star is because of the other employee that was working with the no good one, we came in about 30ish minutes before closing tonight and the chairs are already put up on the tables at first it was a very friendly environment! We got our ice cream, removed chairs from a table so we could sit down. Kids are playing excited they got ice cream 5 minutes before closing comes around and the lady in the picture is already mopping, no wet floor signs or anything. My daughter was standing about 3 ft from the table and the little girl in the picture thought it was a smart idea to mop backwards towards where my daughter was and almost ran into her! I pulled my daughter more towards the table and I! If she would have ran into my daughter and knocked her over or hit her with the mop stick I would have been so upset! We ended up leaving right away and asked for her name and she wouldn’t give it to us. The other girl that was working with her was the only one that gave good customer service. Get rid of this girl! We won’t be returning. No one ever should be treated like this! Thank you to whoever the other girl was making our experience nice!
