There were two younger females working when I went in. They appeared to be teenagers or in their twenties at most. The heavy set one of them was leaning against the cash register with her back to me texting on her phone and never acknowledged me. The other one got irritated that she had to help me since the other one did not acknowledge me and she shoved her co-worker out of the way and rolled her eyes. Then when I got my "smoothies", one of them was almost completely liquid and what's just like a drink not a smoothie at all.

Unfortunately today Ava was working with someone at around 7 pm , store closes 8 pm her coworker was yelling “nah we’re closing, I have plans tonight” she kicked customers out of the store around 7:30pm because “nah we’re closed you’re going to wait a long time, either later or never” mind you, there’s like 10 customers inside. This is very unprofessional and embarrassing from their end. Please hire people that actually want to work (:

I’m a regular customer at this location and have never had issues, but my visit today — on my birthday — was disappointing enough that I don’t plan to return. I came in asking for help as my birthday reward wasn’t appearing in the app. When I asked for help, the girl responded with an attitude, asked when my birthday was, and after I told her it was today, she shrugged and said there was nothing she could do and that maybe the reward would show up tomorrow??

There was no attempt to troubleshoot, no alternative offered, and not even a simple “happy birthday.” As I left, both employees stared at me the entire walk to my car and continued staring at me while I sat waiting for the car to warm back up, which made the interaction feel dismissive, very uncomfortable, and unprofessional.

This is the closest location to my job. I'm here 2 or 3 times a week for lunch. This is also the location where I've had the best experience with Customer Service and product quality. Til today. Another customer was able to grab my Protein Smoothie and drink some of it before he was told it wasn't his. Honest Mistake. My main complaint is the Heavenly Bowl that I get every visit was prepared in a 20oz Smoothie cup. Not sure if this was a mistake or this is an actual policy going forward. The bowl was difficult to eat because of the size of the opening and the portion was diminished by 33%. I felt a little cheated. Especially after the 25% price increase this year. Cheated.

Planet Smoothie is a great option when I want something refreshing and healthy. The smoothies are always fresh, tasty, and there’s a good variety of combinations. The service is usually quick and friendly. It’s a place I visit often when I want to treat myself without the guilt.
