If I could give this place -10 stars I would this place is an absolute rip off. You can get a better wash at a 7-Eleven drive-through when I asked about towels when I asked like hey is it’s just a wash for $22 and change in tax which brings it to approximately $25- when I asked about a refund they said they don’t do that their managers on holiday there’s no one to talk to and then I should be excited about what the service they just offered. Stay far away unless you like wasting your money a complete scam. Perhaps the boss should come back from holiday and give these high school kids a little lesson in customer service and the value of dollar.

I've gone here for washes several times. Got an email from them that they were offering a free wash. I took the steps and received this "free" wash. When I pulled up I was told by the worker that "he hates to be the bearer of bad news, but they do not accept the code for the free wash". I showed him that I got it directly from their email and he stated that "his manager doesn't accept them becaise people only come for the free wash". This is their only location, so they emailed out a useless "coupon". And no joke that people would come for the free wash.....that's what you are emailing them. Funny thing is I started using them when they offered a free wash over a year ago. They got me a customer that way and have now lost me as a customer with this stunt. I had told several of my coworkers at my school about this place and my family.as well. I will definitely be telling them not to try to use the "free wash" they also were emailed and make that they use whatever place I find instead of these scammers.

This is a great service. Their equipment is pretty new, well designed and working properly and the guys are friendly and doing their job. The free vacuum after the wash is a big plus. I am a member of their wash club for over a year by now and very satisfied.

I tried IKO Car Wash because I had a free code. It’s a converted gas station setup, so I didn’t expect a full-service wash. The vacuum worked well, which was a plus. My car was sandy after a beach trip, and while the wash helped, the exterior still needed extra wiping afterward to really get it clean. It’s okay for a quick rinse, but not ideal if your car needs more thorough cleaning.

Great location. Very close to Walmart and there is a gas station next to it. The memberships are OK. Compared to ElCar wash not sure if it is competitive since this car wash is way smaller than the other car washes I have seen. Overall, it was a great experience, easy to get in, got rid of 3 months of dirt
