The crisp bean taste good, and as a consumer I understand inflation and your costs go up so, so does ours, but crisp bean are not worth almost $4 for one. Not worth it anymore taco time, you charge as much as an actual sit down restaurant with a server.

Waited 15mins in line to get food. I had cars behind me as well... I finally pull up at 9 06pm they informed me that they closed and they weren't going to take my order. Which is fine I get it but I was stuck to wait another 10 mins so the cars in front of me could get their food. Really? With no apology? Unprofessional I will never go back bc their dated and disrespectful. Hire professional staff and upgrade your look. You'll be closed in the next year because of these actions.

Reading your reviews one either your crappy manager was there or you dont have one. Shocker.... who ever owns this taco time you should invest in a new manager and staff. Just saying your loosing life time customers no wonder your having the problems stated above.

We paid for a whole meal and didn’t get anything from it, just a bunch of cinnamon twists. Our receipt has nothing on it that mentions cinnamon but it sure does say chicken ranchero. My husband saw one of the teenager workers in the back on his phone as he was bagging the food. I understand that this is probably his first job, but the LEAST he can do it not use his phone and read the directions. Whoever is the shift manager needs to talk with all employees to set clear expectations: no distractions at work. We read previous reviews and saw someone tried to get their order fixed and they were told they were liars. We don’t see any reason to try and get our food back, so they won’t be seeing us back.

This particular location is clean and neat, so it's a nice inviting atmosphere. The food quality is good, but it is a little pricey and it would be nice if the food were a little bit higher quality for the price that it cost. Other than being a little pricey for fast food, I would recommend it. The flavor of the food is excellent, especially the blueberry and Cherry empanadas, and the crisp Chicken burrito.
