I'd been struggling to get any of my Facebook and blog traffic to convert into actual leads until I worked with the ICM content and PPC teams. There were some people stopping by, but no sales.

I've been working with a paid search plan through ICM for three years now and their initial promises have been met. My online leads are basically double what they'd be without the investment. ROI is pretty easy to work out as I know what I'm paying Google and I know what I'm paying ICM. All of the main metrics have been steady or improved: traffic, conversion to leads, and acquisitions. ICM has been working on my SEO campaign for the past half year. It was tough to see results at first but they’re coming in now – we have top positions for a lot of our core services and the effect on our business has been noticeable. We’re not up on everything yet (I’d say 80%) but they told us that up front and were good at setting realistic expectations. We considered a few other companies before choosing ICM that promised us the world in two weeks, but having researched the subject a little more over the past while I realize we made the right choice and probably avoided a catastrophe.

I hired ICM Consulting to manage my online advertising campaign about a year ago. My main focus was on getting results, and seeing how my advertising budget will translate into more business for me. ICM runs a Pay-Per-Click, and SEO campaign for me, and developed a few landing pages for me as well.

I went from being on the 2nd and 3rd page of Google for many keywords, to showing up on the 1st page for most of them. I do think there's some room for improvement in the way they report on the SEO results however. Nevertheless, the Pay-Per-Click campaign has generated a good amount of leads for me, and I will continue to work with ICM in the future.

We've been with ICM for a while and have had a good working relationship. They're very responsive - whenever we have an issue, it normally gets resolved within a day. They also tend not to pitch us unless they're sure it's useful to us.
