DryMax Waterproofing did an excellent job installing a backwater valve and sump pump at my property. Right from the start, their project bid was excellent and very competitive.

The entire job was completed in just two days, exactly within the agreed-upon timeframe. The team was fantastic to work with. Mike and Vlad did an incredible job with the heavy manual work, while Vasyl organized everything flawlessly to ensure the project ran smoothly.

I would highly recommend Vasyl & the team at DryMax. They improved the drainage around my home to keep water away from the foundation. Downspouts were rerouted & a french pit was installed. Works great. They communicated well throughout the process, finished on time & left everything neat & tidy.

This review is long overdue, but I can’t recommend Vasyl, Michael, and the rest of the DryMax team enough. They put an end to what was an immensely stressful saga of basement floods.

Not only did they perform a successful interior waterproofing that’s still holding up beautifully a year later, they also went above and beyond to address the root cause — missing footing that no one else had caught.

Vasyl was there to answer every question, made us feel like their only client, and coached me through the process with full transparency. No shortcuts were taken.

Thank you for finally putting our minds at ease. We’re sleeping again after many floods.

We can’t say enough good things about Vasyl and his company, Drymax Waterproofing. From start to finish, his communication, attention to detail, and dedication were above and beyond anything we’ve experienced. He stepped in after a bad sump installation and we could immediately see his depth of knowledge and expertise on sumps and waterproofing as he would go into great detail to explain everything to us at every step. Vasyl kept us informed with photos and videos throughout the sump pump project, maintained a clean workspace, and clearly takes great pride in his work. Everything was completed on time and with extreme care for the job and our home. We had a finished reno situation and many times he would emphasize that he needs to basically do “surgery” on the area, seal the area completely from the rest of the room and ensure surrounding finished areas don’t get damaged. He even worked beyond normal business hours, travelling a far distance, to ensure we were left with a thorough, quality job, especially because it was also a time where there was more ground water and the sump was running often. We highly recommend Drymax Waterproofing for anyone looking for reliable, high-quality service. After interviewing quite a few contractors and discussing at length over multiple calls and visits with Vasyl, it became obvious that he cares deeply about his work and his clients - a rarity in this business. We wouldn’t trust our home with anyone else for this line of work.
