Alex is AWESOME! Give this man a chance, he will not let you down.
He has a lot of experience in the appliance repair industry and brings that experience to bear to help his customers. And he is honest. He went out of his way to get my refrigerator working again within 24 hours.
Alex was working on my refrigerator a few hours after I called him and came after hours at no extra charge.
I have a warranty on all of my appliances, I’m not going to bother renewing it. Alex’s service is instantaneous and probably cheaper in the end.

Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had with a repair company. He came in, accessed our washer, ordered a part, drove to pick it up, and came back and fixed the multiple issues we were having all in a few hours. Very very fairly priced as well.
