They are one of the top three pool equipment manufacturers in the US and the global leader in the World with their portfolio of brands. I assisted dealers in technical issues they encountered with our products finding them a solution. I was hired on as a permanent in technical support and soon moved on to lead of my group for the SE region. A few years later I was promoted out of the office and into the field as Service Manager of West Florida. This is where I mastered my skills. I traveled the West Coast of Florida from Pensacola to Marco Island overcoming the most complex scenarios first hand. Read more
