I sat in the waiting area for almost an hour to have a document notarized. When I arrived I was told I was next in line, no one left the room before I was called and it took less than a minute for the document to be notarized. Suncoast will be my last resort next time rather than my first choice.

Customer service has gone downhill. There's an associate that works there and she has seen me many times before and seen me where she used to work in Lehigh.Today she just looked at me and turned away before I could say hello, as she's done before. I have no idea what I have done to her and was ready to ask just that!! I'm just so over it down here in this area!! And the thing is, I always find myself having to initiate first and to some of the others at this Suncoast. It makes me feel very unwelcome. I have no idea why the associates speak to some and not all customers. No welcome when first entering, as it used to be when I first joined. Customer service not the same in many places these days.
Also, it was 1 person being helped, then I went to same teller, but had to wait for awhile to have new debit card printed, as other cards had to print I was told. So 3 or 4 customers behind me that came after, left before me. Maybe faster, better system or more equipment to print cards to get them out quicker.
Very Unfortunate!

I would not trust anyone with as little integrity, honesty, and decency as Stephen Whitener to manage my money. If he's willing to do the things he's willing to do with the money of the little family he has left, then your average customer should not feel comfortable entrusting him with their hard earned money they've amassed over their lifetimes. Integrity is one of the key elements to a reputable banking institution and banker- do better.
